There are many layers of regulations that apply to the Centennial Pines Club and all members who purchase property in Centennial Lake. Here is a brief overview of many of the various levels and documents that come together to define the rules for the properties in the development:

  • Board Resolutions
• Developer and Deed Restrictions, including:
  • Covenants and Restrictions
  • Developer’s Memorandum of Agreement
• Local, County, State, and Federal Regulations, including
  • Pinelands Restrictions
  • Radburn
